Here are a couple of natural skin care, beauty care and other favourite things I have been enjoying or using quite a lot for the month of September. It is early spring here in New Zealand (where I am from) and there are a lot of spring blossoms, daffodils, bluebells, camellias and kowhai trees flowering in gardens 🕊🌸 the air outside feels light and fresh, a lot of light green leaves are coming through on flowers, plants and trees and there are a lot of birds singing and cheeping 🌸 a couple of the favourites I chose for the month of September include a moisturiser and a light pink cotton tote bag from KORA Organics, a chickpeas with fresh tomato and lemon recipe, a white cotton jumper from Country Road and a soft pink rose quartz gemstone.
Here is a post about the KORA Organics noni glow skin food powder, a dietary supplement powder, which helps to look after your wellbeing and to nourish your skin from the inside out. I made an order for a couple of products from beautiful KORA Organics, including a soothing moisturiser, a cotton tote bag, and a beauty care bag, just a couple of days ago. I had run out of a moisturiser and had tried the KORA Organics soothing moisturiser before (a blog post about the soothing moisturiser coming soon), and thought the light pink cotton tote bag and beauty care bag could be helpful too 🌸 a KORA Organics noni glow skin food supplement was also included as a free gift with the order (thank you so much KORA Organics) and I had always been hoping to try the noni glow skin food supplement 🕊🌸

Here is a second post about INFPs, one of 16 Myers Briggs personality types. I first took the Myers Briggs personality type questionnaire when I was about 16, because my Mum had taken the questionnaire at her work and thought it could be helpful to take, to help to understand a bit more about myself, which kinds of subjects could be helpful to study in high school and possible kinds of careers, which could be helpful and feel most natural and comfortable to do, based on the Myers Briggs personality type 🕊🌸 I came up as being an INFP when I first took the questionnaire and also a couple of times I took the questionnaire again to check in my early 20s. I enjoy learning about INFPs to help to learn and to grow, including how INFPs are unique and how best INFPs can offer and share their unique gifts with the world and to help others
Here is a recipe for chicken wraps with fresh veggies, avocado and herbs I created to make for dinner on Wednesday 🕊🌸 the recipe has quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies with a lot of nutrients, including carrots, courgette, tomatoes, cabbage, avocado and white onion, and is also quite quick to prepare as just the chicken needs to be cooked. In case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based, you could include tofu or a different kind of plant protein, and you could also change the mozzarella cheese for a plant based cheese if you can 🌸 you could also include different kinds of fresh veggies and herbs, including lettuce, red onion, baby spinach, kale or parsley if you would like to.
Here is a healthy recipe for a veggie pasta made with almonds, feta and fresh parsley I created to make for dinner yesterday. The recipe is made with roasted vegetables, including sweet potatoes (kumara) and pumpkin, olive oil, fresh herbs, onion, garlic, fresh spinach, pasta, almonds, feta cheese and fresh parsley and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the recipe in your garden or at your local shop or fruit and veggie market 🕊🌸 you could also change the feta cheese to a plant based cheese, in case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based 🌸 the recipe is also quite quick to make, has a lot of nutrients, and just uses a baking tray, a medium pan and a pot.
Here is a healthy and plant based recipe for chickpeas with fresh tomatoes, herbs and fresh lemon I created to make for dinner a couple of days ago, with roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes and green veggies. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop, including olive oil, white onion, fresh garlic, fresh herbs, tomatoes, chickpeas, salt and pepper, lemon juice and fresh parsley. I love chickpeas with tomatoes and roast veggies and also sometimes make a fresh hummus to have with carrots, celery or grain crackers 🕊🌸 the recipe is also quite simple to make and hopefully the ingredients could be easy to find 🌸
Here are a couple of natural beauty and on the go favourites I often carry with me in a handbag or cotton tote bag when I am away from home in the day time. A couple of the favourite things I try to always take with me include a water bottle, a book or notebook and a pen, a natural lip balm, a couple of natural lipsticks, a scarf and a KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer 🕊🌸 a handbag I often use is a light brown handbag with a gold buckle from Trenery, a sister brand to Country Road, who are based in NZ (where I am from) and Australia. I also often use a cotton tote bag to help to carry a bit more.
Here is a lovely and plant based recipe for a sweet smoothie bowl by beautiful Ella Mills, the founder and creative director of Deliciously Ella. The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much 🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸
Here is a simple recipe for a raspberry and pear drink, made with fresh pears and raspberries. The recipe is from a book called 100 Best Health Foods, which has a lot of beautiful recipes made with healthy ingredients from a number of different food groups, including fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds, and also notes a lot of nutritional information about the healthy foods. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients, including fresh pears, raspberries, water and honey, you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop 🌸 the recipe could also be lovely to make in the autumn when pears are in season and you could hopefully be able to find fresh pears a bit easier 🕊🌸
