I follow a natural skin care brand on Instagram called L'Elu skincare, who are based in Australia and make natural facial oils for different skin types, with a lot of beautiful and natural pure plant oils and essential oils 🕊 all of the photos on the L'Elu skincare page and website are so beautiful, and the logo for the brand is a geometric flower shape. L'Elu skincare kindly asked if I would like to try one of the natural facial oils to say thank you for the support and posted a gift package, with one natural facial oil, a card and a creamy and organic chocolate from loving earth (@lovingearth) (thank you so much L'Elu skincare and loving earth) 🕊🌸 here is a post to share and note a bit about L'Elu skincare and the natural facial oil, posted as a kind gift.
Here is a post to share a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of November 🕊 one of the favourites includes a recipe for strawberries and banana with honey and almonds; it is early summer here in NZ (where I am from) and we just bought a first punnet of strawberries from our local fruit and veggie shop a couple of weeks ago 🌸 a couple more favourites for the month of November include the KORA Organics rose quartz heart facial sculptor, a couple of natural beauty care ideas with lavender flowers, an organic maca powder and a couple of light blue cotton tops.
I just bought an organic maca root powder supplement from a health shop who are based in NZ a couple of days ago, and just began trying the maca powder supplement 🕊 the organic maca powder is by BioBalance, and I had not tried a maca powder supplement before, although it is noted to be a superfood and to help to support a positive uplift in energy, and a lot of other benefits your body, health and wellbeing 🌸 a couple of the benefits of maca powder are noted to include hormonal balance, energy and vitality and a healthy immune system, and I will also write a second blog post in a couple of weeks to help to describe any positive changes, in case it could be helpful.
Here is a post to note a bit about rosehip oil, a natural plant oil with a beautiful warm golden colour and rosey scent, and to share a couple of natural beauty care tips about how rosehip oil can be used to help to look after the skin and for self care. A couple of natural beauty care tips include using rosehip oil as a body moisturiser, as a face oil, for the hands, nails and cuticles, to help to look after hair, in a warm bath, and for a gentle face, neck or body massage. Although I am currently using an organic coconut oil for as a body moisturiser and to look after my skin, rosehip oil is also so beautiful, gentle and nourishing, and is often included in natural and organic skin care because of the natural and helpful benefits of rosehip oil for skin care 🕊🌸
Here is a post to share a face sunscreen for sensitive skin I often use in the spring, summer and autumn, which helps to look after and protect sensitive skin 🕊🌸 the face sunscreen is called moisturising day cream and is by a brand called QV (face), and is noted to be SPF 30 broad spectrum. I have quite sensitive skin, although my mum bought one of the moisturising day creams to try a couple of years ago as she uses the moisturising day cream too, and I enjoy using the sunscreen a lot and apply the sunscreen often on my face, neck and chest area in case I am going to be outside quite a lot in the day.

Here is a post to share a recipe for slow cooked chicken by Miranda Kerr, noted on the KORA Organics Spread the Light blog 🕊 I often cook for my mum and younger brother Chris and although I enjoy plant based recipes a lot and try to create and cook plant based recipes as much as possible, the chicken recipe by Miranda Kerr is so lovely and nourishing and is made with a lot of healthy and nurturing ingredients, including coconut oil, turmeric, rosemary, onions and garlic 🌸 the recipe is a slow cook recipe, where the chicken is quite carefully made and is cooked for about 4 hours, and you can also make roast vegetables and green vegetables to eat with the chicken too.
Here is a post to share and note a bit about the rose quartz heart facial sculptor by KORA Organics 🕊 the facial sculptor is made from rose quartz gemstone and is in a beautiful heart shape, and I had been hoping to try the KORA Organics rose quartz heart for a couple of months before placing an order for one just a couple of days ago 🌸 although the KORA Organics rose quartz heart costs quite a lot and is one of the products by KORA Organics, which costs quite a bit more, in case you enjoy KORA Organics natural beauty care and skin care products, you can become a member of KORA Organics and earn points to help to go toward a purchase of natural products by KORA Organics 🕊🌸
Here is a post to share a couple of kind tips noted by KORA Organics (@koraorganics) for world kindness day, on Tuesday the 13th of November.
