Here is a post to share a recipe for a fresh fruit juice made with fresh ginger, orange, apples, lemon, fejoas, pineapple and fresh mint, made in a juice fountain 🕊 I bought a juice fountain juicer by Breville a couple of weeks ago to help to look after health as much as possible, and hope the fruit juice recipe could be helpful in case you love fresh fruits a lot too and could have a juicer at home too or be hoping to be able to buy one soon 🌸 I created the fresh juice recipe with just a couple of fresh fruits and ginger we could buy at our local fruit shop, and some fresh mint from our garden at home, and hope you could be able to find the ingredients too, close by to where you are from 🕊
A fresh fruit juice
(for 1 to 2 people)
- fresh ginger (about a 2 to 3 cm piece)
- 1 orange
- 1 or 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 2 fejoas
- pineapple (about a handful or two, carefully chopped)
- fresh mint (about a handful)
Gather all of the ingredients and prepare for juicing by rinsing fresh ginger, apples and fresh mint leafs. Carefully peel (chop skin off from) the orange, lemon, fejoas and pineapple. Carefully chop orange, apples, lemon, fejoas and pineapple about in half, to be be able to fit in the chute of the juicer, and remove the core from the apples and pineapple. Make sure the juice fountain is all carefully set up (with the safety latch on) and turn on, and add all of the ingredients slowly into the chute, pressing down gently with the chute press as you go. Once the juice is made, pour into a glass or cup and enjoy ! 🌸
Lemons: as noted in the book 100 Best Health Foods, there are valuable nutrients and antioxidants in all parts of a lemon, and lemons are an especially good source of vitamin C. Further, warming a lemon in hot water for a couple of seconds will help you to be able to get more juice out of the lemon when juicing.
Ginger: as noted in the book 100 Best Health Foods, the plant compounds in fresh ginger are anti-inflammatory, can help to calm nausea and aid digestion, and contain powerful cancer-destroying action. Further, fresh ginger contains the highest levels of beneficial compounds, and can be stored in the refrigerator.
Do you love fresh fruits a lot too, or have a juicer at home too?
