wishing you a happy tuesday and here is a post to share just a couple of favourite fiction and non fiction inspirational kinds of books (in a chapter book size or just a little bigger) i hope could be helpful in case you could love books a lot too or could be on a summer holiday and could maybe could be hoping to find a new book 🕊🌸 i just asked a question on instagram (@carenaturalblog) about if there could be any more or different kinds of posts you could be hoping a lot to see (and which could be helpful) in 2020 and natasha (from @outbackeve) noted she could love to see a post about inspiration books (a link to an earlier Q and a post with natasha about outback eve, a natural beauty care brand with organic and mineral make up she created and founded is here). a couple of the books include the white home, the secret garden, the highly sensitive person, delicious days in paris and the encyclopaedia of the exquisite and i hope you could enjoy post and books in case you could borrow or buy one to read too ! 🕊☺️
Here are a couple of favourite nature, environment and mindfulness kind of books I have a copy of at home, or have borrowed to read from the library 🕊🌸 I studied environmental studies at university and have always loved nature, being outside and reading books and notes about nature, the natural world, mindfulness and being kind to yourself and to the environment. A couple of the books noted include the treasure yourself book by Miranda Kerr, the prophet by Kahlil Gibran, mindfulness and the natural world by Claire Thompson, the art of mindful gardening by Ark Redwood and peace is every step by Thich Nhat Hanh 🌸
Here is a lovely and plant based recipe for a sweet smoothie bowl by beautiful Ella Mills, the founder and creative director of Deliciously Ella. The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much 🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸
I pre-ordered a copy of Dr Libby's new book called the Beauty Guide a couple of weeks ago, and a parcel with the book just came in the post. As noted in the book, Dr Libby is an internationally acclaimed nutritional biochemist, author and speaker who holds a Bachelor of Health Science (nutrition and dietetics) with Honours and a PhD in Biochemistry, and has twenty years of clinical experience. I bought a copy of another book by Dr Libby called Beauty from the Inside Out, which was published a couple of years ago, and enjoyed reading the book a lot. Dr Libby's new book the Beauty Guide is also so beautiful and so lovely to read and shares a lot of generous and lovingly written information, beauty care tips and solutions about how to look after yourself and to uplift the way you see and feel about yourself as best you can 🕊🌸

I bought a copy of a book called the Curated Closet by Anuschka Rees in 2017. I bought the book just after Kitty Cotten, a kind lifestyle blogger, noted it could be a helpful book for someone who is hoping to create a capsule wardrobe, or to carefully create a wardrobe with pieces you truly love and are helpful for your lifestyle. The Curated Closet book is a generous size with a beautiful soft pink cover, and has lovely and inspiring fashion photography throughout the book. I am part of the way through the book, and hoping to carefully follow the chapters and tips shared by the author Anuschka Rees, to help to build a dream wardrobe.
Here is a recipe for blueberry muffins from a muffin cook book of my Mum's we have at home. The blueberry muffins are one of my favourite things to bake and I often bake the muffins every couple of weeks. You could hopefully find the ingredients for the muffins in your garden and at your local shop and you could also add a different berry or fruit in case you don't have any blueberries at home, or if there is a different fruit you love to bake with 🕊💕

On the Deliciously Ella website, Ella notes how she created an app after seeing how quickly her blog was growing, which launched in 2014 and became the #1 app on iTunes overnight after it was released. Ella has also written and published three cookbooks; her first cookbook (released in January 2015) was the fastest selling debut cookbook ever and her second and third cookbooks also debuted at #1.
I bought a copy of a book called Earth to earth from a bookshop a couple of years ago and the book has a beautiful cover with a photograph of a sculpture, which is noted to be made from pumice stones and to be positioned in a calm pond. The reflection of the sculpture helps to create a circle shape, and the book has a lot of photographs of circle shape sculptures made from natural materials and photographed in nature.
Here is a recipe for a plant based hot chocolate by Deliciously Ella 🌸 the recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and only has a couple of plant based ingredients you could hopefully find at your local shop or supermarket. The hot chocolate drink has a beautiful flavour and feels so nourishing and warming to make on a cold day.
