Here is a post to share a couple of kind tips noted by KORA Organics (@koraorganics) for world kindness day, on Tuesday the 13th of November. KORA Organics describe how practicing kindness can be changing the smallest things you do in your days and a couple of tips noted to help to start practicing more kindness include helping a person in need, letting someone know you appreciate them, holding the door open for someone, and being kind to yourself 🕊 KORA Organics also note how in being kind to those around, you might just make a difference to their day 🕊🌸
Here is a post to share a couple more humanitarians I know of and look up to a lot, because of how they helped to create positive changes in the world, and shared a lot of kindness, love and bravery with others and with the world 🕊 the humanitarians include Mother Teresa and Gandhi and I also wrote an earlier blog post, noting a couple of humanitarians I look up to a lot, including Audrey Hepburn and Princess Diana, Princess of Wales 🌸 I thought of Mother Teresa because she was so full of kindness and unconditional love and did so much to help and support the poor and the sick, and of Gandhi, because he was so brave and helped to uplift and support less fortunate people, to create more peace in India and lead India to independence from British rule.
Here is a post to share a couple of nature poems I wrote, and a couple of notes and tips about how I wrote the poems, in case you are hoping to write a nature poem too 🕊 one of the poems is about spring blossoms (there is a spring blossom tree just close by to our garden at home, and the spring blossoms look so lovely when they flower in early spring) 🌸 the second poem is a summer sunset poem about a sunset by the ocean (all of the colours of the ocean and sky look so beautiful as the sun is going down) 🕊 a couple of the tips noted about how you could write a nature poem too include finding an idea, inspiration, carefully considering the idea, inspiration and all of the different parts, and finding a careful structure for the poem.
Here is a post sharing a couple of humanitarian figures, including Audrey Hepburn and Princess Diana, Princess of Wales, I know of and look up to a lot, because of how they helped to create positive changes in the world, and shared a lot of kindness, love and bravery with others and with the world 🕊🌸 Audrey Hepburn was so beautiful and kind, was an award winning actress and also became a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF. Princess Diana was loved so much by a lot of people from around the world, and worked a lot for a number of charities, to help to raise awareness of important humanitarian issues. A couple more humanitarian figures I look up to a lot include Mother Teresa, who was so full of kindness and unconditional love and did so much to help and support the poor and the sick, and Gandhi, who was so brave and helped to uplift and support less fortunate people and to create more peace in India and lead India to independence (a second blog post coming soon) 🌸
Here are a couple of open heart tips about how to open your heart chakra as much as possible 🕊🌸 the tips are noted in a post on the KORA Organics Instagram page (@koraorganics) and were originally shared by mind body green (@mindbodygreen). I often do yoga when I can, try to be outside and close to nature and animals as much as possible and often do a meditation too (sometimes holding a rose quartz gemstone just on my heart area) although I am hoping to try more of the tips noted and hope the open heart tips could be helpful. In case you would like to check the open heart tips in more detail, the link to the KORA Organics Instagram page (@koraorganics) and the link to the original post by mind body green are noted in the Sources.

A couple of the tips include taking a warm bath or shower in the evening if you can, reading a book, watching a nice movie or listening to music you enjoy, making a gentle cup of tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, using lavender oil or essential oils and remembering a kind affirmation or a couple of things which you feel grateful for.

Here is a post about a couple of my favourite art works (including a couple of paintings and a monument). I studied environmental studies at University, although I also studied art history at high school and it is one of my favourite subjects. I enjoy learning about different artists and the culture from where artists are from and how they are inspired to create paintings and sculptures. The paintings I chose include the Water Lilies series by Claude Monet, a French Impressionist painter, and the Kiss by Gustav Klimt, an Austrian painter from Vienna, of la belle époque. The monument I chose is called the Winged Victory of Samothrace from the Louvre in Paris and the monument is noted to be from about 190 to 180 BC and to be made of Parian marble🕊🌸
