Here is a recipe for an orange and almond cake made with whole oranges and a lot of ground almonds, by Claudia Roden, a kind and beautiful writer who has a lot of safe, reliable and nourishing recipes 🕊 I made an orange and almond cake just a couple of days ago as we had quite a lot of fresh oranges at home and the cake was so nourishing and generous, and was a beautiful bright orange colour ! 🌸 oranges are noted to be full of vitamin C, which helps to look after and support your health and wellbeing, and ground almonds are also noted to contain a lot of vitamin E, which helps to nourish your skin, nails, hair and health and wellbeing from the inside out.
Here is a post to share a recipe for summer peaches, with fresh honey and chopped almonds I sometimes make in the summer, when there are a lot of beautiful different kinds of ripe peaches (golden, pink) from countryside orchards 🕊🌸 for the recipe you would just need a couple of ripe peaches, fresh honey and whole natural almonds, and you could also include creamy yoghurt and any other kind of fruit you enjoy, or a different kind of fruit in case you cannot find any peaches close by to where you are (could also include strawberries, watermelon, oranges, bananas, blueberries).
Here is a simple and plant based recipe for fresh strawberries and banana, with honey and chopped almonds 🕊 it is spring, early summer in NZ (where I am from) and the weather is warm and sunny and we just bought a packet of strawberries from our local fruit and veggie market a couple of days ago (our first strawberries of the season) 🌸 strawberries are one of my favourite fruits, and I hope the recipe could be helpful in case you enjoy strawberries a lot too! to make the recipe, you just need fresh strawberries and banana, honey and whole almonds to chop, and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the recipe in your garden and at your local shop or fruit and veggie market 🌸
Here is a recipe for cacao and almond energy balls, created by Ella, the founder and creative director of Deliciously Ella 🕊🌸 I often made the cacao and almond energy balls when I was almost finished studying at University, to help to feel energised and keep pepped up when writing essays and before exams. The cacao and almond energy balls by Ella are so delicious and nice to make, and are made with a lot of nourishing and plant based ingredients, including almonds, raw cacao powder and coconut oil. The recipe for the cacao and almond energy balls is from Ella's blog and website, Deliciously Ella and there are also more recipes for energy balls with different flavours in case you enjoy different flavours too 🌸
Here is a recipe for an almond and banana smoothie 🌸 the recipe is from the 100 Best Health Foods book, and has just a couple of ingredients, including almonds, plant based milk, bananas, natural vanilla and cinnamon, which you could hopefully find at your local shop. The smoothie is quite quick to make and has a light, creamy and nourishing flavour with the almonds, plant based milk and bananas. The almonds in the recipe from the almonds and plant based milk (in case you use almond milk) are very high in vitamin E, and the smoothie is also quite filling with the almonds and banana.
Here is a second recipe for a healthy smoothie, made with raspberries and blueberries 🕊🌸 I just made the smoothie on Sunday, and added a couple of ingredients we had at home I enjoy a lot and are quite healthy. The smoothie recipe is quite simple and easy to make and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the smoothie in your garden or at your local shop too. The ingredients included in the smoothie include banana, raspberries, blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, ground almonds and chia seeds. I enjoy making the smoothie both in the morning for breakfast, or for morning or afternoon tea as it is quite healthy and filling with the banana and the Greek yogurt.

The recipe has just a couple of ingredients (including oats, almond milk, maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, almonds and raspberries) you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop and the recipe is quite easy and quick to make in case you don't have a lot of time in the morning 🕊🌸
