Almond and banana smoothie

The smoothie is quite quick to make and has a light, creamy and nourishing flavour with the almonds, plant based milk and bananas. The almonds in the recipe from the almonds and plant based milk (in case you use almond milk) are very high in vitamin E, and the smoothie is also quite filling with the almonds and banana.
