July favourites

Here are a couple of favourites from the month of July ๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒธย the favourites I chose include a cream jumper from Country Road, a raspberry and blueberry smoothie recipe with almond milk and chia seeds, an oats with almond milk and raspberries recipe, the treasure yourself affirmations cards by Miranda Kerr and a couple of face masks from KORA Organics, including the clay purifying face mask and the turmeric brightening & exfoliating face mask. Blueberry bran muffins

Here is a recipe for blueberry bran muffins, from a muffin recipe book from homeย ๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒธย I just made the muffins on Monday and I love the healthy bran flavour, the fluffy texture and the blueberries. Although there are a couple of steps in the recipe, the recipe is quite generous, and the muffins are quite quick to bake in the oven. I sometimes have a muffin for breakfast with a cup of coffee, or for morning or afternoon tea with a cup of tea or herbal tea and the blueberry bran muffins are also quite filling. A raspberry and blueberry smoothie

Here is a second recipe for a healthy smoothie, made with raspberries and blueberries ๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒธย I just made the smoothie on Sunday, and added a couple of ingredients we had at home I enjoy a lot and are quite healthy. The smoothie recipe is quite simple and easy to make and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the smoothie in your garden or at your local shop too. The ingredients included in the smoothie include banana, raspberries, blueberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, ground almonds and chia seeds. I enjoy making the smoothie both in the morning for breakfast, or for morning or afternoon tea as it is quite healthy and filling with the banana and the Greek yogurt.

A blueberry muffin recipe

Here is a recipe for blueberry muffins from a muffin cook book of my Mum's we have at home. The blueberry muffins are one of my favourite things to bake and I often bake the muffins every couple of weeks. You could hopefully find the ingredients for the muffins in your garden and at your local shop and you could also add a different berry or fruit in case you don't have any blueberries at home, or if there is a different fruit you love to bake with ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ’•
