Here is a post to share a couple of care tips for highly sensitive people (HSPs) I hope could be helpful in case you could be highly sensitive, an introvert, could sometimes suffer from anxiety too or could be hoping to look after yourself as much as possible 🕊 I am 26 years old and although I had a happy childhood and often feel comfy and confident in my 20s, I am also a highly sensitive person, quite shy and quite introverted and find practicing the care tips to be helpful in keeping calm as much as possible each day 🌸 a couple of the care tips include breathing, nourishing foods and hydration, a comfy sleep, being outside in nature, a kind of exercise you enjoy, being playful and happy and creating a careful kind of schedule you feel comfortable with !

Her books are published in a lot of different countries and languages around the world, and I enjoy watching clips of her and interviews with her a lot, as she is always so kind and gentle and has a lot of helpful and assuring tips and ideas. A couple of the books noted include the treasure yourself book by Miranda Kerr, the prophet by Kahlil Gibran, mindfulness and the natural world by Claire Thompson, the art of mindful gardening by Ark Redwood and peace is every step by Thich Nhat Hanh 🌸
Here are a couple of natural beauty and on the go favourites I often carry with me in a handbag or cotton tote bag when I am away from home in the day time. A couple of the favourite things I try to always take with me include a water bottle, a book or notebook and a pen, a natural lip balm, a couple of natural lipsticks, a scarf and a KORA Organics rose quartz luminizer 🕊🌸 a handbag I often use is a light brown handbag with a gold buckle from Trenery, a sister brand to Country Road, who are based in NZ (where I am from) and Australia. I also often use a cotton tote bag to help to carry a bit more.

The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much 🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸
Here is a simple recipe for a raspberry and pear drink, made with fresh pears and raspberries. The recipe is from a book called 100 Best Health Foods, which has a lot of beautiful recipes made with healthy ingredients from a number of different food groups, including fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds, and also notes a lot of nutritional information about the healthy foods. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients, including fresh pears, raspberries, water and honey, you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop 🌸 the recipe could also be lovely to make in the autumn when pears are in season and you could hopefully be able to find fresh pears a bit easier 🕊🌸
