Here is a recipe for chicken wraps with fresh veggies, avocado and herbs I created to make for dinner on Wednesday ๐Ÿ•Š๐ŸŒธย the recipe has quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies with a lot of nutrients, including carrots, courgette, tomatoes, cabbage, avocado and white onion, and is also quite quick to prepare as just the chicken needs to be cooked. In case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based, you could include tofu or a different kind of plant protein, and you could also change the mozzarella cheese for a plant based cheese if you canย ๐ŸŒธย you could also include different kinds of fresh veggies and herbs, including lettuce, red onion, baby spinach, kale or parsley if you would like to.
