The recipe is from Ella's book Deliciously Ella Every Day and I love all of the healthy and natural recipes, kind and helpful tips and beautiful photos in the book so much  🕊🌸 the recipe has a lot of natural and caring ingredients, including strawberries, banana, chia seeds and almond butter and could be so lovely to make in the morning for breakfast, or in the daytime if you would like to. Strawberries are one of my favourite fruits and the recipe could be helpful to make in the spring and summer in case it is easier to find fresh strawberries. You could also hopefully find all of the ingredients in your garden or at your local shop 🌸

Here is an interview with beautiful Ella Mills (née Woodward) from Deliciously Ella, to share on care natural blog 🌸 Ella is the Founder and Creative Director of Deliciously Ella, a website, business and brand celebrating health, wellness and plant based foods. On the Deliciously Ella website, Ella notes how she created an app after seeing how quickly her blog was growing, which launched in 2014 and became the #1 app on iTunes overnight after it was released. Ella has also written and published three cookbooks; her first cookbook (released in January 2015) was the fastest selling debut cookbook ever and her second and third cookbooks also debuted at #1.
