wishing you a happy new year for 2020 and hope you had a happy Christmas 🕊☺️✨ here is a post to share a summer recipe for crepes (a thin and french kind of pancake made in a crepe pan) with fresh strawberries, creme fraiche and lemon honey from a Christmas edition of nz house and garden magazine (2013) 🍓 i love crepes and strawberries a lot and hope the recipe could be helpful if you could love the ingredients a lot too or could be hoping to try crepes in case you could not of tried them before. i enjoy looking at all of the pictures in the house and garden magazines and reading the articles too, although the recipes are often so nourishing and delicious looking too and with beautiful photos ! i hope the ingredients could also be quite easy to find where you are from, and you could also include another kind of fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, peaches, oranges or grapefruit) if you could like too.
Here is a post to share a recipe for a fresh fruit juice made with fresh ginger, orange, apples, lemon, fejoas, pineapple and fresh mint, made in a juice fountain 🕊 I bought a juice fountain juicer by Breville a couple of weeks ago to help to look after health as much as possible, and hope the fruit juice recipe could be helpful in case you love fresh fruits a lot too and could have a juicer at home too or be hoping to be able to buy one soon 🌸 I created the fresh juice recipe with just a couple of fresh fruits and ginger we could buy at our local fruit shop, and some fresh mint from our garden at home, and hope you could be able to find the ingredients too, close by to where you are from 🕊
Here is a post to share a recipe for summer peaches, with fresh honey and chopped almonds I sometimes make in the summer, when there are a lot of beautiful different kinds of ripe peaches (golden, pink) from countryside orchards 🕊🌸 for the recipe you would just need a couple of ripe peaches, fresh honey and whole natural almonds, and you could also include creamy yoghurt and any other kind of fruit you enjoy, or a different kind of fruit in case you cannot find any peaches close by to where you are (could also include strawberries, watermelon, oranges, bananas, blueberries).
Here is a simple and plant based recipe for fresh strawberries and banana, with honey and chopped almonds 🕊 it is spring, early summer in NZ (where I am from) and the weather is warm and sunny and we just bought a packet of strawberries from our local fruit and veggie market a couple of days ago (our first strawberries of the season) 🌸 strawberries are one of my favourite fruits, and I hope the recipe could be helpful in case you enjoy strawberries a lot too! to make the recipe, you just need fresh strawberries and banana, honey and whole almonds to chop, and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the recipe in your garden and at your local shop or fruit and veggie market 🌸
Here is a simple recipe for a raspberry and pear drink, made with fresh pears and raspberries. The recipe is from a book called 100 Best Health Foods, which has a lot of beautiful recipes made with healthy ingredients from a number of different food groups, including fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds, and also notes a lot of nutritional information about the healthy foods. The recipe has just a couple of ingredients, including fresh pears, raspberries, water and honey, you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop 🌸 the recipe could also be lovely to make in the autumn when pears are in season and you could hopefully be able to find fresh pears a bit easier 🕊🌸
Here are a couple of recipes with honey, found in the healthy foods and superfoods book 100 Best Health Foods. I have always loved honey on its own or in a warm lemon, honey and ginger drink, and honey is also one of my favourite ingredients to include in baking or cooking recipes. When I was little I enjoyed watching the bees and honey bees in the garden, and was always curious about where the bees would go after gathering pollen from the flowers, and how the honey was made 🌸
