'about 'rosa damascena' pure rose essential oil' 🕊🕊☺️💫 hi every one and wishing you a happy monday and hope you had a safe weekend ! here is a new post to share and note a little about a beautiful rose essential oil i bought just a couple of months ago from health post (@healthpostnz), an online health and wellbeing shop with a wonderful range of a lot of natural beauty, and natural health kinds of products, including a lot of pure essential oils. i bought a ceramic oil diffuser by dolphin clinic from health post a little earlier in 2020, and bought the pure rose essential oil as a second rose essential oil to use and to help to go with the ceramic diffuser (both of the rose oils are also by dolphin clinic). the first pure rose essential oil was called 'rose geranium' (a post coming soon !) and the second one is called 'rose absolute, rosa damascena.' i hope the post could be helpful in case you could love rose in natural beauty care a lot too and could love the scent, and could also be helpful just in case you could be hoping to try an oil to help to go with a ceramic oil diffuser too !

wishing you a happy friday and here is a post to share a couple of care tips about how to soothe your nervous system, as noted in an email by Dr Libby i just read on thursday morning 🕊 i hope sharing the post and care tips could be helpful and please note all of the words in the post were written by Dr Libby from her email and cited as carefully as i could. a couple of the tips noted include acknowledge (acknowledge any kinds of anxious feelings which you could be feeling), accept (accept anxious feelings) and amp up (amp up your deep breaths from your diaphragm and intake of fresh and whole foods with a lot of healthy and helpful nutrients) and Dr Libby also encourages you to maybe question how your body could be trying to communicate a helpful message to you (through anxious feelings) and to also take such good care of your precious self.

Here is a post to share just a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of may 🕊 it is early winter in nz (where i am from) although one of the favourites is a white linen wrap blouse from Country Road just bought in a sale, i am hoping to wear quite a lot in spring and in summer. A couple more of the favourites noted include a light pink eco friendly deodorant by everkind, a fresh fruit juice recipe with quite a lot of vitamin C (i created for a juice fountain) and clips by kitty cotten about green beauty, home, life and how to carefully build a capsule wardrobe, found on her youtube channel.
