a couple of wardrobe tips by kitty cotten

wishing you a happy saturday and here is a post to share a couple of care tips and ideas for helping to organise / declutter a wardrobe, shared in a clip by kitty cotten (@kittycotten). kitty is a new mum to a baby girl, is from the usa, and has a beautiful blog and often shares clips about capsule wardrobes on her youtube channel. i was just watching a video created by her a couple of days ago called 'how to declutter your wardrobe in 5 steps' and the tips she noted were so helpful and i enjoyed the video a lot and thought of also sharing in a post in case it could be of a lot of help. i also checked with kitty and she said thank you and it would be ok to share wardrobe tips, and if you could be hoping to tidy up your clothing / wardrobe or could be a bit unsure and maybe of collected a bit too much, i hope all of the care tips created by kitty could be helpful to share ! 🕊🌸

May favourites

Here is a post to share just a couple of natural beauty care, skin care and other kinds of favourites for the month of may 🕊 it is early winter in nz (where i am from) although one of the favourites is a white linen wrap blouse from Country Road just bought in a sale, i am hoping to wear quite a lot in spring and in summer. A couple more of the favourites noted include a light pink eco friendly deodorant by everkind, a fresh fruit juice recipe with quite a lot of vitamin C (i created for a juice fountain) and clips by kitty cotten about green beauty, home, life and how to carefully build a capsule wardrobe, found on her youtube channel.

The Curated Closet book

I bought a copy of a book called the Curated Closet by Anuschka Rees in 2017. I bought the book just after Kitty Cotten, a kind lifestyle blogger, noted it could be a helpful book for someone who is hoping to create a capsule wardrobe, or to carefully create a wardrobe with pieces you truly love and are helpful for your lifestyle. The Curated Closet book is a generous size with a beautiful soft pink cover, and has lovely and inspiring fashion photography throughout the book. I am part of the way through the book, and hoping to carefully follow the chapters and tips shared by the author Anuschka Rees, to help to build a dream wardrobe.

A mini wardrobe tour

Here is a mini wardrobe tour of a couple of my favourite pieces of clothing and accessories from my wardrobe I wear often 🌸 the pieces I chose include a pair of blue Girlfriend jeans from Witchery, a cream camisole top from Country Road, a honey colour warm coat from Ashley Fogel and a light brown and gold handbag from Trenery. The clothing pieces are quite simple and are in soft and neutral colours to help to go with a lot of other pieces, including more detailed pieces.

A lovely blog: Kitty Cotten

I found a lovely blog today called Kitty Cotten 🙂 Before finding the blog, I found Kitty's channel on YouTube, where she has a lot of videos about home interiors, vlogs, style (including capsule wardrobes), weddings, travel and beauty, and I enjoyed watching some of her videos about style and capsule wardrobes.
