Here is quite an easy and simple plant based recipe for quinoa, made with fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and olive oil, with roasted and fresh veggies. I often make the recipe for lunch if I can and the recipe has just a couple of ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local shop or fruit and veggie market, including quinoa, fresh lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper, veggies to roast, fresh veggies and fresh herbs 🕊🌸 I am also hoping to be as plant based as possible until Christmas, to help to feel as light and healthy as possible, and to be eco friendly and look after the environment. Here is a recipe for chicken wraps with fresh veggies, avocado and herbs I created to make for dinner on Wednesday 🕊🌸 the recipe has quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies with a lot of nutrients, including carrots, courgette, tomatoes, cabbage, avocado and white onion, and is also quite quick to prepare as just the chicken needs to be cooked. In case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based, you could include tofu or a different kind of plant protein, and you could also change the mozzarella cheese for a plant based cheese if you can 🌸 you could also include different kinds of fresh veggies and herbs, including lettuce, red onion, baby spinach, kale or parsley if you would like to.
