wishing you a happy friday and here is a post to share a couple of care tips about how to soothe your nervous system, as noted in an email by Dr Libby i just read on thursday morning 🕊 i hope sharing the post and care tips could be helpful and please note all of the words in the post were written by Dr Libby from her email and cited as carefully as i could. a couple of the tips noted include acknowledge (acknowledge any kinds of anxious feelings which you could be feeling), accept (accept anxious feelings) and amp up (amp up your deep breaths from your diaphragm and intake of fresh and whole foods with a lot of healthy and helpful nutrients) and Dr Libby also encourages you to maybe question how your body could be trying to communicate a helpful message to you (through anxious feelings) and to also take such good care of your precious self.

I just bought an organic maca root powder supplement from a health shop who are based in NZ a couple of days ago, and just began trying the maca powder supplement 🕊 the organic maca powder is by BioBalance, and I had not tried a maca powder supplement before, although it is noted to be a superfood and to help to support a positive uplift in energy, and a lot of other benefits your body, health and wellbeing 🌸 a couple of the benefits of maca powder are noted to include hormonal balance, energy and vitality and a healthy immune system, and I will also write a second blog post in a couple of weeks to help to describe any positive changes, in case it could be helpful.
Here is a simple and plant based recipe for fresh strawberries and banana, with honey and chopped almonds 🕊 it is spring, early summer in NZ (where I am from) and the weather is warm and sunny and we just bought a packet of strawberries from our local fruit and veggie market a couple of days ago (our first strawberries of the season) 🌸 strawberries are one of my favourite fruits, and I hope the recipe could be helpful in case you enjoy strawberries a lot too! to make the recipe, you just need fresh strawberries and banana, honey and whole almonds to chop, and you could hopefully find the ingredients for the recipe in your garden and at your local shop or fruit and veggie market 🌸
Here is a recipe for a veggie pizza I often make for our family for dinner, and made for lunch just a couple of days ago 🕊🌸 the pizza dough is made in our bread maker and the pizza is made with mostly plant based ingredients you could hopefully find in your garden or at your local fruit and veggie market or shop, and you could also change the cheese to a plant based cheese in case you are hoping for the recipe to be plant based 🌸 a couple of the ingredients included on the pizza include a simple home made tomato sauce, red bell pepper, cheese and fresh herbs from the garden, and you could also include any different kinds of ingredients you enjoy, including courgettes, lean protein, rocket, olives, capers, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and more.

I often do yoga when I can, try to be outside and close to nature and animals as much as possible and often do a meditation too (sometimes holding a rose quartz gemstone just on my heart area) although I am hoping to try more of the tips noted and hope the open heart tips could be helpful.
